About the Band

The New England–based collective blends rock, country, bluegrass, and roots music into a sound that is both fresh and familiar. Featuring John Webb on guitar (Jake Davis & the Whisky Stones, Liz Frame & the Kickers), Alex Keenan on guitar and pedal steel (Sneaky Miles), Tom O’Connell on drums (Holy Stone), and Steve Panacek on bass (The Fake Carls), The Cormorants deliver songs rooted in tradition but driven by a modern, collaborative spirit.
